The Day the Rocky Died

This has been the most pathetic exit ever. Day after day of RMN employees waiting for the inevitable axe to fall, while printing endless Letters to the Editor extolling (its) virtues and 150 years of nostalgic Headlines. Ah - those glory years, when The Rocky reported facts rather than democrat party talking points, news rather than 'liberal spin' and honest analysis instead of sycophantic cheer-leading for (its) political favorites. Going the way of the Dodo Bird would be a loss, if the RMN had actually presented a significantly different approach than that 'other paper', but when it came to Bush-Bashing, Republican-Hating, Religion-Mocking and Iraq-Hysteria, they've been "Birds of Feather that Flocked Together". Time to do the right thing - turn off your computer terminals, turn out the lights and don't let the door hit you on your way out.
