Freidman defends donation

For 25 years, New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman has attacked Israel’s political leadership, its defense and settlement policies up to and including its Security Fence. In Friedman’s opinion, “it’s always Israel’s fault”. He’s consistently judged the Jewish state by harsher criteria than the Arab countries and the Palestinians. Friedman has joined those on the Left in selectively reporting facts, which put Israel in a bad light and he’s led the Left in vilifying the Jewish state.
Isn’t it ironic that now, when he actually does something to help the Jewish community, its his own politically-correct cohorts in the Left-wing Media that attack Friedman (the self-proclaimed “good Jew”), thereby revealing their own anti-Semitism.
I particularly enjoyed Friedman saying he was “offended by anyone questioning his judgment”. Meanwhile, it’s Friedman himself who earns awards and accolades, from those same Leftists, because he always questions the judgment of Israel’s elected leadership; Ariel Sharon and Bebe Netanyahu and Israel’s best friend, George W. Bush.
Hello Tom – this is your wake-up call. Maybe its time to start using your position of power and influence to support Jewish causes and the State of Israel. You now see that your anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic friends on the Left - are fair weather at best.
